On my raspbery pi3 they actual non-exported files are in /orchives/ (the default location), then a long presumably unique folder name, then a 2 digit number per camera. I opened a video from each folder and determined which folder was which camera, then created a txt file in this location for quick reference next time.
Now in the app I look at the timeline, and when I need to save a file I can go to the folder location, look at the creation date, and play them back to find the bit I want. I then copy the file out.
as you sound like your on windows try c:\orchives\
This is a completely manual process, but it works fine for my basic needs. In my case /orchives is mapped to a network location on a file server. There looks to be an archives path configuration some where, but it dont see it in the gui and with the sym-link approch above I have not needed to change it. Even on windows you should be able to map another file location to c:\orchives if you need to.
