I need to report an issue with the fbgst plugin provided for chrome on centos/redhat/el7
It seems the fbgst-1.4.4-1.x86_64 package adds a number of libraries to the system including /opt/fbgst/lib/libsoup-2.4.so.1
With the configuration provided by the rpm this library overrides the os version of libsoup, and breaks webkit4-2.x due to different compile options.
In particular I found this broke the evolution mail client's ability to connect to IMAP mail services correctly. While it could read my email, attempting to open any mail caused the content to show "Internal error" and evolutions output to show:
/usr/libexec/webkit2gtk-4.0/WebKitNetworkProcess: symbol lookup error: /lib64/libwebkit2gtk-4.0.so.37: undefined symbol: soup_auth_negotiate_supported
After tracking the dependency chain and removing the fbgst-1.4.4-1.x86_64 package I can see lib64/libwebkit2gtk-4.0.so.37.19.9 is now using the OS copy of libsoup and my mail client is working again. Can you please test and fix this in your fbgst rpm. You should be able to link against the OS libsoup in your package to resolve this, or if you want to be sure your own libs are working you could staticly link your plugin and add no additional system libs.
